David Stanton: It is easy to be efficient when one has co-operation and everyone works together. The Bill turns the area in question on its head. The committee held many hearings on this matter a number of years ago and published a report on it, which I hope was helpful. We look forward to the Bill becoming an Act. The joint committee will meet at 2.30 p.m., but the select committee will now adjourn.
