Denis O'Donovan: I am asking for a debate on this important issue. Seagulls are becoming a nuisance and pest. We should consider the request made by Senator Ned O'Sullivan last year that we have a cull of this vicious seabird. Seagulls usually live at sea and nest on cliffs, but they are now invading towns and villages.
