John Curran: I am supporting the amendment and my initial comments will be specifically about the motion tabled by the Fine Gael and Labour Party Members. They have endeavoured to use the annual report of the Comptroller and Auditor General in an opportunistic manner. They know well that it is an annual report, yet in many ways they are trying to use it as a battering ram with which to knock the Government.
