We have to ensure that, as we bring in greater protections for tenants, we are not doing anything that might make existing landlords leave the market. Eoghan Murphy: That would not be included in the exempted development statutory instrument. This is a separate piece that follows on from that and the work is coming to a conclusion to make sure the proper standards are in place.
