Jim O'Callaghan: I do not have a question. However, I welcome the increase in funding for educational services in prisons. I think that combined with Deputy Jack Chambers's proposal could have a very positive impact. We have to get drugs out of prisons. I know it is difficult but we must try to get education and training in.
