Thomas Pringle: This question relates to the commitment we have made to take in 4,000 refugees by the end of 2017. The nub of the problem is to see where are the problems and delays regarding living up to our international commitments. There certainly seems to be a feeling the Government is not too sorry to see the delays and that there has been a very slow uptake.
