Seán Crowe: Go raibh maith agat. Recently a fatwa, religious edict, was released allowing people to eat dog and cat meat. This is a reflection of the reality that people were suffering on the ground. The situation in Lebanon is that up to one million people have fled from Syria into Lebanon, approximately 2,500 people per day.
