Jack Chambers: I asked about the gaps. The Minister of State said that there was an overseas establishment above the rank of captain, but the issue around the gaps relates to captains and non-commissioned officers, NCOs, such as corporals and sergeants. As such, the Minister of State's response did not answer my question. I want to know about those particular ranks.
