Ruth Coppinger: The bills are coming in April, and that is the focus of the Anti-Austerity Alliance and the We Won't Pay campaign. We will be linking up with tens of thousands of other people all around the country, speaking at meetings where we can and assisting communities in boycotting these bills. A huge number of people have already decided not to pay and I think many more will be joining them.
