Carol Nolan: There is a reference to the Education (Admission to Schools) Bill 2015 in the programme for Government and the Minister has said there will be a new Bill on admissions. In the legislative programme, produced only a few weeks ago, the Government states that the Bill underwent pre-legislative scrutiny in March 2014. Will the new admissions Bill undergo pre-legislative scrutiny?
