Bernard Durkan: I listened carefully as Deputy Mansergh spoke about a rail link from Tipperary to Galway and the races at Ballybrit. I could see Deputy Finian McGrath's interest was sparked because he expects to be in the tent next year. It will be a narrower and longer tent.
