Seán Fleming: Our report will have to include clear signposts and signals in respect of the tendering process that has been ongoing since the end of December 2017, to ensure value for money in public expenditure. We will have the opportunity to discuss that only after the Easter break, but we will try to deal with it as quickly as possible at that stage because time is of the essence.
