Bernard Durkan: Will the Taoiseach outline the date for the European treaty referendum? To encourage Ministers who are sometimes reluctant to come into the House, legislation regarding the protection of persons from enforced disappearance is due before the House. It would be helpful for the next session if the Government Front Bench was full.
