Joe Carey: I have one last question. What recourse have we as a State? Dr. Browne said this attack emanated from Russia. What recourse have we? As a country, are we linking with other jurisdictions and agencies to get some recourse? This cyberattack caused major interruption, and continues to do so, across our health system, yet these people can walk off into the sunset. It is not right.
