Tony Killeen: I would refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 428 of 18 May, 2010 which stated that there was no statutory mechanism by which the zone was designated. The executive act that introduced the area was a submission to the then Dublin County Council in line with the Planning and Development Acts. Since then regular submissions have been made to make alterations to the area.
