As part of that plan, and in dealing with this exit, did Mr. Kavanagh request that Horse Racing Ireland fund an upskilling programme, a university course, for him when he stepped down?

He made the point that measures were introduced to deal with corporate governance training for the board, which is very important. What sort of training has been undertaken? Have external courses been funded? Has this been done internally?
