Gerry Horkan: To be fair, KBC's opening statement says that it will not transfer PDHs to vulture funds and it is managing it out in a way that some other banks have not been doing. That is to be commended. The question was why was that the case. On question No. 8, there are 58 legal proceeding proposals and 39 receiver proposals. Why is that the case there?

Gerry Horkan: I acknowledge Mr. Mahon's remarks on KBC's role in the tracker mortgage examination. Where do things stand? Is every case resolved? There are probably a few customers the bank cannot track down.

Gerry Horkan: KBC has about 17,000 trackers out of about 71,000 home loans. That is about 24%. Most banks were at 40%. Is the reason for the lower figure that there were fewer tracker mortgages offered in the first place or had the bank managed to get people off the trackers? Why is KBC's figure below the industry average?

Gerry Horkan: -----for most of these people it is no longer the biggest thing in their lives. It would be a much bigger saving if it were a new mortgage, which on average would be €1,400. It could also be €4,000 or €5,000 if the amount outstanding is in excess of €80,000.
