It seems it is only this Administration that carries out the process of distributing the funds but will the Minister confirm that?

Timmy Dooley: It would be a first in my experience if a club got everything it asked for. I understand now that somebody at a political level completes the process of distributing the pot of money across projects. I accept that the Minister argues it relates to scores but that is a departure from the existing practice. It is a worrying development as it brings politics much deeper in the allocation of funds.
