Seán Barrett: Before proceeding to other Deputies' contributions, I advise the House that an amendment cannot be made on the Order of Business which will clearly introduce a new matter. That would be contrary to Standing Order 26. It is a matter for the Government, through the Tánaiste, to alter business if it so wishes.
