Michael Ring: I will finish on the harbours. Deputy Ó Cuív spoke about Shannon, Cork and Knock, but we both know that Knock is in private ownership. Shannon is now in private ownership, but it was in Government ownership, as was Cork. The Deputy cannot have it both ways.
