Violet-Anne Wynne: Clare County Council recently confirmed it has finally been able to secure additional emergency accommodation. It will take a number of months to develop but it is intended for women and children only. This is great news but the council will only be able to bring forward a handful of units once it is completed. I have been seeking additional emergency accommodation for the past two years....
