Steven Matthews: We will move on. There are important questions there which we will come back to. We should report on the suggestion that the Minister could instruct the CCMA to gather that information. I recently asked the Minister about the HNDA. His response was that local authorities have been instructed to gather this information. I will have to clarify the position, but that is my recollection.

Steven Matthews: I would suggest making another recommendation that we believe a review of the regulations is overdue. The last one was in 2014 and the witnesses were not present for that, or the reviews in 2010. Do they know whether any groups advocating on behalf of universal design or improving Part M were present for any of those reviews?
