Alice-Mary Higgins: This is what those amendments relate to. They relate to the publication in Iris Oifigiúiland local papers. The section 18 provisions relating to transparency include those and some other elements. I thank the Minister of State and I acknowledge that there is a very strong and credible attempt to engage and increase transparency in one aspect.
