Holly Cairns: That would be great. Everybody agrees with what the Minister of State said. An assessment cannot be limited to any amount of time. It takes the amount of time necessary. If people are working from these guidelines, one would believe that it can take an hour or an hour and a half maximum. That is the indication from the standard operating procedures.
