Enda Kenny: I am glad to note that the largest school in the country will be opened at Edgeworthstown. Every time I pass there and see the statue of Maria Edgeworth I think of her famous book, Castle Rackrent. Deputy Bannon will be pleased. Enda Kenny: We had this problem for many years, whereby properties were subject to ground rents which were paid to absentee landlords. The Government changed the legislation many years ago to allow for those to be bought out, many were small in scale but that was changed. I will have to advise the Deputy on the question he raises.
