For clarification, if we suspend for 15 minutes the House will not be going into private session. It is to see if we can get some answers or a roadmap forward from our present dilemma. Is it agreed to suspend for 15 minutes?

Mattie McGrath: I completely understand Deputy. Our group also agreed to waive the pre-legislative scrutiny. It is a difficult situation. A short suspension might give us time to find some way forward. If you want to continue to ask the questions, by all means, the floor is yours. Does the Minister of State have any comment?
