Mr. Malcolm is saying that people have Google Account, but if they want to find further information on what Google knows, they have to fill in a separate form, a subject access request form. It is not that easy. People's concerns are around the data and how it is used, and that is the reason Google and Apple are here before us today....

I do not want to repeat myself but I think if there was a very easily accessible route to find out how one was being profiled by what one was Googling, which can be very effective, and how one was being targeted, most people would be happy with that.
