Ciarán Lynch: Okay. And, as has been mentioned a couple of times this morning, Bank of Ireland is a bank that has been in existence for almost two centuries. Did you imply to the inquiry or give evidence to the inquiry that ... you are saying that Mr. Soden reshaped the banking model that was being used by Bank of Ireland and moved it away from the traditional approach that it had?

Ciarán Lynch: That would then bring me onto my next question, Mr. Crowley. As ... between 2001 and 2005 it would appear that the business model of the bank moved towards a more sales-orientated approach to its historical model. Would I be correct or incorrect in assuming that?
