Brendan Ryan: I accept the amendment and will not delay the House. In my opinion, a clever lawyer could still go through paragraph (e) and have wonderful fun with it. Far be it from me to question the wisdom of the parliamentary counsel, but I still believe the provision could be better written. However, I will not argue about it.
