Terence Flanagan: I refer to No. 16 on the legislative programme, the property services regulatory Bill. While this matter has been raised earlier, will the Taoiseach confirm this legislation definitely will be dealt with during this session? It certainly has gone on for long enough. Many apartment owners are being fleeced. They already face negative equity on their properties, which were massively overpriced.
