Gerry Horkan: As I am in the Chair I can say very little but as Vice Chairman of the finance committee I note we have done much work on insurance. I know the Minister of State has worked very hard on it. I am usually the spokesperson on finance and I hope this Bill does what it is supposed to. It is a very good step on a journey and I commend the Minister of State on all he has done.
