Vote 26 - Education and Skills (Supplementary) (30 Nov 2016) Carol Nolan: I welcome the fact that the Minister said a top-up fund was available for schools and that 133 had availed of it. However, more is needed. Schools are under pressure, hours are being cut and secretaries and caretakers do a fantastic job which is often undervalued. They are absolutely vital in a school but schools have had to make choices. I would like this to be addressed more effectively.
