Bernard Durkan: Legislation is proposed to enable ratification of the protocols to the 1957 European Convention on Extradition. In view of the ongoing occurrence of serious, violent, drug-related crimes, would it be possible to have the heads of that Bill discussed and agreed as soon as possible with a view to bringing the Bill to the House? In this way we can confront organised crime in a realistic fashion.
