Seán Kyne: My query is similar to Deputy Calleary's. I have not had time to go through this section, as I did not believe that we would get through the Bill so quickly. What is new in this Part in terms of compliance and enforcement? Clearly, what we have has proven not to have worked well, given the events of recent years.
