Joint Oireachtas Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government: Residential Tenancies Board: Discussion (2 Jul 2024)

Cian O'Callaghan: I thank the witnesses for their contributions. I want to ask about illegal rent increases and breaches of RPZs. Mr. Keegan said the RTB is looking at having a composite rent index.
