Helen McEntee: I am advised by the Citizenship Division of my Department that the Certificate of Naturalisation was issued to the address as provided by the applicant on the Form 6 they signed on the date of ceremony. As the applicant is no longer at that address it should therefore be returned undelivered by An Post, at which point Citizenship Division will re-issue the certificate to the new address provided.
