Peter Burke: Issues such as related parties can get out through a vacuum. There seems to be no exact model such as there is for a company's set of accounts. In the corporate world there is an obligation to disclose all of these items. It is very hard to read these accounts. Tax is not mentioned and neither is PAYE. Basic items we would see in a normal set of accounts are not mentioned in this model....

With regard to disclosure of documents and board members disclosing their interests, does the Department follow up robustly to ensure this information is presented in a timely manner?
