Alan Dillon: There is great demand on the school transport system at high peak times, and we see that every year when September arrives. We still have the same issues. We need to reflect on the customer service of Bus Éireann and its planning and resourcing for these peak periods. There is also a need to look at how the company delivers its services to the public.
