One of the issues I noticed is that in 2019, some 290 people came into the public office. In 2020 it was 51 and in 2021 it was down to 11. Is there any particular explanation for that sudden-----

Colm Burke: I am confused. Is Mr. Hume saying that 290 people met in the public office in 2019? Does that mean those people were still communicated with in 2021, even though they might not have been met in the public office?
