Terry Leyden: There was a proposal to ban them for the week before general elections were held but this was defeated at that time. The Irish Times/Ipsos MRBI poll was flawed and flukey. Those concerned now admit that they will review the situation because Fianna Fáil's position is far stronger than shown in that poll-----
