Chapter 7 - Management of Overtime Expenditure in An Garda Síochána (9 May 2019) Peter Burke: The level of non-compliance in the context of procurement and competitive tenders seems to be increasing. I accept that there are not many companies that supply certain services the Garda procures. However, there were 128 contracts in play in 2017. There seems to be a significant increase in the number of contracts and they were worth €28,478,271.
