Jackie Cahill: We have a target of 8,000 ha for afforestation. We fell significantly short of it in 2023. The money the Minister allocated in 2023 in that regard was not spent. Where does that money go?

Jackie Cahill: There was an underspend in the previous year as well. As the Minister said, the money carried forward. An issue I have discussed with the Minister on numerous occasions is compensation for the victims and owners of plantations with ash dieback. With this kind of an underspend, do we have scope to address that and see can we do? The Minister spoke a minute ago about restoring confidence....
