Kathleen Lynch: The Department is not aware of any grant available in the health sector that would provide for a lift in the circumstances outlined by the Deputy. The Department and the Health Service Executive have responsibility for making the public health services including its buildings accessible for all people including people with a disability.

Kathleen Lynch: Routine dental services resumed at Carrickmacross in October following a temporary interruption to services. It is expected that routine services at Ballybay will be up and running by the end of this month. Patients from Castleblayney will continue to be catered for by Ballybay and Carickmacross clinics. There are no plans to provide additional dental services in Castleblayney at present.
