Pearse Doherty: It is excellent that the Minister of State is open to additional resources for Donegal County Council. However, I will ask the question again, because this is a committee of the Oireachtas and this is scrutiny on the Estimates and the outcome of those Estimates. Has the council at any stage requested approval to advance to the next step with the Donegal town scheme?
