Michael Fitzmaurice: Will Mr. Hernan look at it? I mean no disrespect to him because he has not been in his position long, but I have spoken to people who were in his role previously and it seems no one bothers his or her backside to try to change the system to make it better for Bus Éireann and the people. Someone needs to take the bull by the horns and sort out the problem.
