Mary Coughlan: As Deputy Durkan is aware, the Bill on the inland fisheries deals with structures and the amalgamation of the regional fisheries boards. It does not refer specifically to the secondary legislation. However, I will ask the Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, Deputy Conor Lenihan, to contact the Deputy directly on the matter.
