Alan Dillon: Related to that, an external consultancy firm was used to identify the gaps and the issues arising from the implementation of this system due to the new requirements coming from the OECD and the IMF. At what stage was a cost put together on that, with a view to trying to expedite the timeline and also to identify the scope change in the design? It did not come before the Government until 2020.
