There is the option of regulation to amend such speed limits. This issue is a keen one in the public domain. Kieran O'Donnell: Is there anything within the legislation that allows An Garda Síochána to ask someone who is riding a PPT his or her age? I take the Minister's point about purchase, but use is the big issue here.
