Terry Leyden: As I mentioned the other Deputies, I had to mention Deputy Flynn. I am trying to make a point here. Will the Leader and all the party leaders to try to make this Parliament more women-friendly and make it possible for women to be elected to both Houses? It is very difficult for women to be Members of the Houses of the Oireachtas given the sitting hours.
