How will the Minister ensure that the reductions in development costs will be passed on to the purchaser? What is the mechanism for ensuring that saving will be felt by the buyer?

Eoin Ó Broin: On the Croí Cónaithe towns scheme, did the Cabinet agree today to increase the overall allocation? There was somewhere between €30 million and €50 million allocated in the budget. I know the grant levels have been increased. I have no objection to that. Have the overall quantum of funding and the targets for this year been increased today, yes or no?
